England, Great Britain, and the UK

The difference between England, Great Britain, and the United Kingdom. Okay, now I get it. So while all English are technically British, not all British are English, right?

  1. The Dane says:

I think a better answer is the following:

“They are the same. All three. Yup. I mean, c’mon, they’re so dinky that who really cares anyway? Sorta like Vermont and New Hampshire. Does anyone really believe those are two seperate states? See? And there you go.”

  2. Blake says:

The Channel Islands are part of California, not the UK.

  3. Jesper says:

Oh no. You’re not gonna get all british on us, ol’ bunk? You know only nutters spell color with ‘ou’.

  4. Wyclif says:

As one who is a lot more qualified to speak on this issue than The Dane is, let me just say that you’ve got it right at this point ;-)
