Sword of the Samurai PC game

I never get tired of playing Sword of the Samurai. Last night I couldn’t sleep, so I fought my way to daimyo of the clan Murakami. And when a rival hatamoto was chosen because he had more troops and land, I assassinated him. There.

  1. The Dane says:

Have you yet played EA’s Shogun: Total War? Me and Johnny T used to play that for hours into the night. What fun!

  2. nic says:

working my way through james clavell’s gai-jin, just visited macau’s maritime museum (portuguese from macau brought guns to japan), and finally got to finish kurosawa’s shiri no samurai on dvd last night.

with you becoming daimyo, it’s a mighty fine day for japanese history don’t you think? :)

  3. Mark says:

mehn. totally going retro on those games huh? but i remember that one too…the politics involved reminds me so much of pinoy politics only without the swords – very feudal.

i’m lusting after the dvd version of seven samurai which has sparked a kurosawa craving. argh.
