Beautiful photos of Washington DC by Silvia Otte. She takes images of memorials and landmarks commonplace to every Washingtonian, and refreshes them with deep, rich colors and expansive wide-angle shots. This photo of the Dupont Circle Metro station (right) is perfect; that’s exactly what it looks like from the bottom of the well. It’s so deep down, and the escalator is so long, that our pastor calls it the “Jacob’s Ladder” Metro station.
