It’s not my fault

Yes, I’m well aware of how awful this site looks in IE/Windows, and I’m working on it, though I shouldn’t have to. If you want CSS to render properly, perhaps you should G.A.R.B. (Get A Real Browser.)

I really don’t think it looks bad and I really only use IE/Windows – so don’t worry about it and do want you think should be done.

  2. A few years ago, if you wanted a website to look right, you had to get IE. Now IE seems to be falling behind. I know Microsoft stopped development for the Mac but I wonder if they’ve backed off the Windows version too? Could it be that Microsoft isn’t interested in the browser wars any longer?

The problem is, because all computers are bundleded with ie these days, every goes with it by default. So microsoft can be as relaxed as they want with browser standards. Go opera I say (which makes everything look great apart from these here comment pages.)

    Yay! I’m just glad you’re back :)

i’m tempted to check it out in IE… but i have G.A.R.OS, so i can’t

  6. Rod says:

Wow, it really DOES look better in Mozilla.

Paulo, you’re moving the goal posts on me again. We are just starting to abandon Netscape 4.x at work and now you are moving beyond IE.

Yay! Brownpau blog back up. Yay!

It doesn’t look that bad on IE from here. Maybe I’m missing something. Oh, and welcome back.

  9. daniel says:

It looks fine on IE here as well. Oh wait this is IE Mac, never mind.

    Welcome Back!

Unfortunately, only techies know Mozilla, at least for the meantime I guess. Majority of internet users are using the bundled browser — IE. That would mean we are all forced to make our sites IE compatible, whether its falling behind or not :-(
