If the Philstar frames annoys you, then this is the page to link to get just the meaty news. Their index2.asp page will redirect you to today's current front page, minus the unsightly top frame.
Those wanting faster access to Inq7's news can link to their low-bandwidth mobile page, with all of the text and none of the graphics and code bloat.
I also use the inq7 low bandwidth page to download news for my palm via AvantGo. cool! =P
