SpaceShipOne at the NASM

I couldn’t get away from work to see the unveiling of SpaceShipOne at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum last Wednesday, so I slogged to the NASM through stormy weather today to scratch my aerospace photo itch. It was a crowd, as the NASM always is, but well worth the trouble to see it: SpaceShipOne, the first successful commercial suborbital spacecraft. See the full SpaceShipOne photoset.
