As you may have noticed, I'm now using del.icio.us daily blog posting to publish my linklog. Support for the feature on del.icio.us is pretty scant outside of the mailing list, so here's a quick guide for you Movable Type users:
- Go to
del.icio.us/settings/your-username/daily - job_name: anything you like
out_name: MT login.
out_pass: MT password.
out_url: absolute URL of mt-xmlrpc.cgi, with "http://" and slashes and everything.
out_time: I have this set to 7, which should equal 3am EDT. Up to you.
out_blog_id: Should be 1, if you have only one blog, otherwise go to your dashboard and check the "blog_id" property in the query string of your target blog (that's everything after the question mark).
out_cat_id: Optional, but if you want it you'll have to go to your categories menu and look at the "id" property string of your desired category (again, that's everything after the question mark). Real user-friendly, eh? - Save and wait.
"Submit Query." Isn't it funny that he didn't even bother quoting his attributes or adding a value to his submit buttons? H3'5 T00 1337 4 J00.
Update: The out_cat_id property is an iffy factor; so far my del.icio.us linklog posts have more often been posted without a category, so I have to log in and add the category manually after it posts. Major pain. Not sure what's wrong there.

Great, like 'insiders' or Kottke's links. So, this would give you a weblog-post (daily?) with all Del.icio.us links for that day?
Do I understand this correctly?
How would you set this up in Wordpress? Pretty similar I suppose...
