"Maybe because it costs $5000 and no one can afford that?"
"No, that can't be it."
"Maybe because it's not blue?"
"Yes, yes, of course! Make a new blue Segway at the same maddeninlgy exorbitant price! That'll bring in the buyers and change the world!"

I'm not buying until I can get a forest green Segway.
So what you're saying is, they should worry about getting out of the red rather than getting into the blue?
And meanwhile in an alternate universe, due to the sheer intensity of the Segway's new marketing push, Bill Gates' head explodes.
They really should quit concentrating on what the Segway looks like and instead get busy on getting the price down to a level that no longer requires potential buyers to give up their first-born child.
