Coworker's mom just called from Richmond to tell him that they had just felt a moderate earthquake. (Latest info is in the USGS data.) Apparently it was felt here in DC, too.

So far we're good here. But do you think Google News has really improved? Sometimes it's very slow, and they don't pick up blogs.

wyclif: That's because weblogs aren't news. Webloggers aren't journalists. That's like claiming personal home pages are news.
