Yawnni

Once upon a time, I listened to Patrick O’Hearn, Ray Lynch, and Manheim Steamroller, and I loved it. Today, however, today’s New Age Music is crap, because of C chords and ocean sounds. (Note: some profanity in The Onion link.)

I blame Enya.

Comments

  1. I liked Enya’s first album, “Watermark.” You know, before she got all cheesy and elevator-invading. It was inventive enough for the genre, and it had a great Latin chant “Cursum Perficio.”

I would have pegged you for lovin’ that…

  2. Paulo says:

“Watermark” and “Carribean Blue” were wonderful albums, and I loved them, but sorry mate, I *loathed* “Cursum Perficio.” Too banal.
