Bomb Kills US Soldier

US soldier killed in karaoke bar bombing. That's in Zamboanga, Southern Philippines, where the Islamic extremist rebels are. (If it were in the North, it would more likely have been Communist insurgents.) Now, I wonder if this gives the US further pretext for military action in the Philippines, or if this will be treated as a passing casualty.
