The Roco Factor. Teddy Benigno sees promise in Raul Roco. I do too, but despite his popularity with the clerisy, it will be the thronging, starry-eyed Filipino masses who will ultimately decide. If Roco wants to edge out pro-Erap sympathy votes, he will need to pull a "Flavier," and make at least a few highly visible movie cameos. Wink, wink.
