This sounds like that case where the parents of this college kid filed a lawsuit against Coca-Cola, blaming them for his death when he was killed by a Coke vending machine after he had shaken it and caused it to tip over and crush him. Sure, these kids died tragic deaths. But she said it in her own words, "He was an adult". Another parent blames someone else for their kid’s own stupid mistake.
