The most popular chain is Supercuts, but they're inconsistent and you have to make sure YOU have an idea of what you want before they do any damage. Before I decided to go shiny I went to get a trim and ended up with a horrible hack job because I gave only cursory instructions to the barber. Someone had his head shaved before coming to the US so that he wouldn't have to have a haircut. He came home with a full head of hair, shoulder-length. Hehehe.
